About Attainment of Desires
Attainment of Desires was created in honor of my daughter, Nyla. Her name means “attainment of desires; winner or champion,” and it perfectly reflects the heart behind this brand.
At the age of five, Nyla was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. While the signs had always been present, receiving a formal diagnosis made everything feel real in a new way. As a mother, I wanted to understand her world better, not just to support her, but to advocate for children and adults who navigate similar challenges every day.
That journey led me to research sensory regulation, neurodivergence, and emotional support tools that genuinely help, not overwhelm. From that place of lived experience and learning, Attainment of Desires was born.
I hand-create quiet sensory fidgets designed to support individuals with ADHD, anxiety, autism, and other neurodivergent needs. Each product is intentionally made to provide calming, repetitive motion without added noise or visual distraction — making them suitable for classrooms, therapy settings, workplaces, and everyday life.
Alongside running this business, I am pursuing a degree in psychology with a focus on applied behavior analysis. My goal is to continue supporting neurodivergent children and their families through education, advocacy, and thoughtfully designed tools that improve quality of life.
Nyla’s creativity, empathy, and unique perspective inspire everything I do. She helped me see the world differently, with more patience, compassion, and appreciation for how differently minds can work. This brand reflects that vision: a commitment to peace, acceptance, and meaningful support.
Attainment of Desires exists for the neurodivergent community. Every product, decision, and future expansion is guided by the voices and needs of those we serve. My long-term goal is to build a sustainable business that not only supports families but also gives back to the community that made it possible.
Thank you for being here and for supporting a brand built from love, purpose, and lived experience.
